Ashley Lounge:

The Maximum capacity is 250 persons.  If you book with us, our caterer is guaranteed.  We do not allow outside catering.  We do allow snack trays to be brought in.

Pricing:

• Ashley Lounge is rented at $400.00
• Bartenders/Bus persons average at $12.00 per hour
• DJ is $375.00
• There is a 10% surcharge on the total bill.
• There is a $200.00 non refundable deposit upon booking.
• Price includes all tablecloths and skirting, glassware and usage of all systems and amenities.

Amenities:

Building…
We have new carpets, furniture, stage, and a dance floor.  We also have special needs washrooms with automatic doors and ramps.

Electronics…
We have just installed a brand new Meyer's sound system with hands free mikes allowing crystal clear sound for PA system and Disco system set up.  There is also a full built in wall DJ booth, stage lighting, action disco lights and a smoke machine.

We also have a Multi Media Projector with a large roll away screen. Please NOTE: (You must provide your own laptop).

Services…
We will arrange a meeting to view the property and create a hard copy estimate.  You will get a quick response to all inquiries.  I, or my supervisor, attend all functions to ensure all your requirements, both expected and unexpected, are met.
